My Practice

My practice is rooted in research-based methods designed to move you out of distress and into optimal living. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach to treat a variety of mental health conditions. My practice style is conversational and highly focused on developing skills that lead to improved emotional well-being. I seek goal-alignment with my clients so that our time together is successful!
