I have been a practicing counselor for 16 years. My professional background includes social services and education, where I also worked as a guidance counselor.
My approach to counseling is informed by research and the individual in front of me. I work with clients to understand their concerns and develop practical strategies that account for their circumstances, priorities, and goals.
I continue to research and find better ways to serve my clients, and I love the work that I do.
