Individual Therapy

I work with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life concerns using research-informed methods and practical skill development. This may include anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma or PTSD-related concerns, and changes in life, relationships, or work.

Adult ADHD

I work with adults with ADHD using evidence-based approaches informed by current research, including the work of Dr. Russell Barkley. Treatment focuses on executive functioning and practical strategies for improving attention, motivation, organization, time management, and follow-through.

Adult Autism & Neurodivergence

I work with autistic and neurodivergent adults, including those who are newly diagnosed or have spent years masking. Therapy focuses on greater self-understanding, navigating relationships and daily demands, and developing strategies that work with—not against—the way your brain functions.

OCD

I treat OCD using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we identify the patterns that keep OCD going, reduce compulsions and reassurance-seeking, and help you respond differently to intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and doubt.

Life & Career Growth & Development

I work with people seeking greater direction, personal growth, or career development, including during life changes. Together, we clarify goals, organize priorities, identify barriers, and work through problems to plan practical steps toward personal or professional goals.

College & Career Exploration

My guidance-counseling experience informs support with college planning, applications, scholarships and financial aid, choosing a major, and exploring careers and job opportunities. We can also address stress, independent living, and the transition to college and early adulthood.

Inclusive & Affirming Support

I offer support that respects identity and lived experience, including for LGBTQ+ clients, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent clients. Our work may focus on self-understanding, resilience, and navigating relationships or systems when stigma, marginalization, or discrimination creates barriers.
